I personally like when OSHA looks out for workplace safety. They should have stepped in a long time ago. We don’t need a nee law for everything when we have agencies that exist to govern things like workplace safety and are already empowered by the laws that govern them.
OSHA doing this vaxx mandate as an emergency workplace safety rule is the ultimate work-around for the Federal govt to require vaccinations.
