It is misleading to call the Ottoman Empire of 1915 “Islamist.”
It was rather dominated by a political cadre (“Young Turks”) which can be best called “nationalist.”
And Armenians had lived safely in the *Islamic* Ottoman Empire for four centuries before that dark period.

Apparently, he is trying to attract the 5 percent vote of the far-right Sinan Ogan. I also think saner forces in his "Table of 6" would disallow this in real policy, but it is ugly enough.
