Well, well. I was wrong. David Lammy *has* considered the dangers of racial bias among judges. There is, indeed, always a tweet.
It is, incidentally, worth noting that Judges are overwhelmingly privately educated, followed by Oxbridge, often with memberships of the same clubs and political networks. They are the epitome of ‘elite’. They are also overwhelmingly white, which will present problems (if only in
