Evidence says #DoYourPelvicFloorExercises x3/day for 3 months gets 3/4 of women with stress incontinence dry (that’s the one where you leak a bit if you laugh, cough or sneeze). If it doesn’t work, hurts, or you’re not sure what you’re doing then come to clinic. #DryByChristmas.

The book's "violence and aggression"? My copy must be an abridged version. Either that, or Ms Shah is a half-witted nincompoop. Couldn't possibly be that, so abridged version it must be.

Using the flawed 21/22 censuses, adjusting per Uni Oxford’s ‘23 analysis (gendered population underestimated by 30-50%) = guesstimate 50-100k in UK attempt transition - almost all of the females will have pelvic floor dysfunction even if detransition. These people need services.
