One of my four teen daughters just got over a head cold and sore throat. She stayed at home while feeling crappy because she didn’t feel like going out. Might it have been Covid?. Maybe. But who cares? . She shares a bedroom with one sister and a bathroom with another. None.

I can’t with this ‘dictating the terms of a gift is totally fine’ ridiculousness. It’s a *gift*. Something for nothing. It’s not “give me exactly what I want or you’re bad!”. This is emotional toddler behavior. And calling gift givers “narcissistic” (see replies) for.
Helping my millennial friend decide what to put on her wedding registry because the boomers in her life are insisting they want to give a gift instead of contributing to her honeymoon fund, which is what she actually wants.

This is a huge WIN for informed consent, parental consent - . A 14-year-old boy in North Carolina was vaccinated without his mother’s consent. He said no. His mom never signed the form. But clinic staff gave him the shot anyway. Let that sink in:.✅ No consent. ✅ No parental.
