It's also extraordinary how far individuals will go to insist this isn't true and that in fact they NEED ____ prescription meds or they'll cease to function. Why not choose the healthier lifestyle that will *actually* address your poor "mental health"?
Extraordinary to me that for 99.9% of humans, mental health comes down to a few stupidly obvious things: food, sunlight, movement, a living wage, some close friends. Equally extraordinary is how far psychiatry will go to deny this simple truth.
