Reproducibility in RNAseq 𧡠- so, i've been playing around with #RNAseq data from original/unmodified HEK293 cells taken from a variety of studies in SRA (in black). Our cells (colored) are also parental HEK293 and one derivative HEK293 cell line. Notice how close even our

How do hybrid epithelial-mesenchymal cells form? We recently showed that hybrid EM cells can arise from either time- or dose-dependent manner at single-cell transcriptome level. The continuum-like distributions challenge models with discrete EM states.

NIH peer review system is far from perfect, but it's the best I've seen. I just "retired" from the GCAT study section after 4 years' of service, which prompted me to share a few thoughts re computational proposals. These are the points that I also remind myself. Other thoughts?π§΅
