One of the X chromosomes in females is silenced with a microscopically distinct chromatin configuration. Happy to share our latest work on deciphering how the X chromosome folds during its inactivation for the first time in mouse female embryos! https://t.co/vhNpRJaC73

Our new work is out today! Long time in the oven, this has been a really fun and informative collaboration led by Dhanur Iyer in my lab and @HK_Heidar from @NRivron lab. We show that human embryonic cells have an inherent potential to regulate their developmental timing.

Ever wondered how 3D chromatin rewires during differentiation? We wanted to understand this process better & distinguish if different processes or elements drive this rewiring. To do so, we used mESC=>NPC differentiation and focused on a single locus. https://t.co/TiCprAlW1s 1/17
