I can confirm that @marksandspencer are still discriminating against their female customers. Their store in Shoreham-by-sea has a clearly labelled ‘Men’s fitting room’ and a room labelled ‘Try On’ which can be used by women AND men.

This is a blatant attempt to evade their duty under the Equality Act. They no doubt know that if they label the other changing room for ‘Women’ then ALL men must be excluded so they’ve just not provided a single sex space for women. Men are guaranteed their privacy though. Phew!

Couple of ways you could mark this month; Implement the Supreme Court Ruling clarifying the words man and woman in the 2010 Equality Act are defined by biological sex. Oh and @bphillipsonMP publish the EHRC guudance - you have had it for 180 days!!
