Fix retention (properly) and recruitment will improve anyway because the job will be more attractive. The focus has been in the wrong place.
We talk a lot about the recruitment crisis in education; about the inability to find enough applicants to fill our ITT courses. But it’s as much a retention crisis as it is anything to do with recruitment. 🧵 (1/5)
