Dead on. My vet told me to just reach into the curled dog and feel the abdomen as that indicates internal temp. If its hot, the dog is fine. If its cool or cold, drag the dog in. My pure husky could be under 3" of snow and when you reach in they were still toasty warm.

under Canadian law you can be charged for being "in care and control" of a car while under the influence. the penalties are the same as driving drunk.
Basically don't get in the front seat of the car while drunk with your keys. If you want to crash in your car, crash in back.
