Something tells me this piece of shit has never actually tipped once in his life. Also, as someone who works in food service, there's no panhandling for tips. That's incredibly dumb. Do you think that service is bad because people know who you are and they hate you? 🤔
I've always been very sympathetic to service industry workers and a very good tipper. But recently it's just gotten incredibly bad. The service is atrocious everywhere you go. And the constant panhandling for tips is totally out of control.

The thing I don't get is that there is actual footage of him being put in handcuffs and he wasn't resisting arrest. Even if he was, the officer was kneeling on his neck for nine minutes. Nothing warrants that kind of action. Absolutely sickening.
