This does nothing. Laptops in the last decade are smart enough to use power directly from the adapter when the battery is full.
It is no longer 2005 when you had to unplug your 3310 so the battery would not explode.
I think for me, my major tip is I never allow my laptop charge more than 94% or go below 20%, I don’t charge it till it’s at least 20-30% either and I Never plug it over night also.
Never had issues with any of my devices doing this.
