@BostonGlobe @zeynepton re The Case for Good Jobs out tomorrow! (Worker) knowledge of how stores work is extremely valuable & not easily replaced. Ton became convinced that low pay was a bad money-making strategy. It led to poor performance, high turnover, illness, disengagement.
