While women of color face unique barriers in the workforce, resulting in lower pay and fewer opportunities for career advancement, today we celebrate hope and perseverance of women who have faced discrimination head-on. Happy International Women's Day. 2/2

Today, we celebrate the incredible strength and resilience in Black, Indigenous, Latine, and Asian women who have faced economic injustice. We know racism that is baked into our policies and practices not only hurts individuals, it hinders overall economic growth. 1/2
