@andrewjfaris Thanks Andrew, right back at you. I have been thinking a lot about this and I am not sure. Some things I am slightly more sure of (still pretty unsure though):. 1. AI =/= life. Whatever the outcome, I do not want to engage in the AI game and look for an edge there. I will do.

this is how we will be prioritizing automation in the org. we will use the ICE (impact, confidence, effort) framework where impact is defined as hours per month. [I*C]/E and rank from high to low and start on the high. hours seems to make more sense to me than $. if you don't.
