@LizMontgomeryMD A more recent case of checkpoint inhibitor colitis. This time the case came with a history of Pembrolizumab. I think intra-epithelial lymphocytes are more prominent that neutrophils, but both present. Occasional foci of apoptotic nuclear debris also seen. #GIpath
