Humza is a leader of a devolved govmt inside the UK political system with no international remit. This money exists for Scotlands public services not international aid. The UKs foreign office has a multi billion pound aid budget much of that from scottish taxpayers for that.

Trident is vital and a very very good thing. There is no privatised NHS. There is no bedroom tax, it's the ending of a subsidy you don't get if your have a mortgage. Every country has food banks, they are the result of many things.
