The UK should stop sending arms & start send aid to those who are suffering the most horrific humanitarian catastrophe that is, quite literally, starving children.

’s adherence to the humanitarian principle of neutrality, an action plan is put in place to implement its recommendations.
I appeal to donors, host countries & staff to cooperate with this effort.
