We just filed an amicus brief supporting @Uniswap and @UniswapFND against plaintiffs seeking to privatize market making by dressing it up with an equation & "blockchain tech.". The Court should dismiss this rent-seeking shakedown immediately.

Is Tim Kaine making a descriptive or normative argument? I am not sure which one concerns me more.

Our rights don’t come from government or the DNC. They come from God. @timkaine, I suggest the Dems go back and read the words of our Founding Fathers.

Don’t be France. Criminalizing the building of neutral platforms won’t stop crime, but it will stop innovation.

One year ago, the French police detained me for 4 days because some people I’d never heard of used Telegram to coordinate crimes. Arresting a CEO of a major platform over the actions of its users was not only unprecedented — it was legally and logically absurd.

Congrats @jgebbia and team!. A POTUS hasn’t done a design push for fifty years; this is badly needed in the digital age, and will positively impact millions of lives.

It's no defense to say crime in SF is confined to a few neighborhoods (such as this, in NYT yesterday). For the families living there, this is daily life. Crime stats shouldn't be gerrymandered.

tbc for anyone who hasn't been here, the new mayor is a good operator and improvements are clear. But we also need to raise our standards - open drug sale/use and street camping must stop. Progressive urban policy is literally killing people.

@AIPLeads @amandatums 3/ These remarks build on the Blanche Memo from April 2025, which made clear that the DOJ is not a digital assets regulator and the era of regulation by prosecution is finally over.

2/ In a speech at @AIPLeads + Q&A moderated by @amandatums, AAG Matthew Galeotti confirmed that:.1. Criminal laws must give fair notice of what is illegal. 2. Merely writing code, without ill intent, is not a crime. 3. Innovating on ways to store/transmit value is not a crime.
