It’s not just @mehrubawan, many leftist activist types all over Pakistan are conflicted right now. They still have leftist views but they can see that some of their “allies” are not well intentioned. They don’t want their voices to be used by bad actors to justify terrorism.

The kidnappers and murderers are from a "well-known" trader family - their daughter was implicated in the kidnapping and this was told to the police early on. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police didn't take any action while she was missing.
