An airway death. Complicated or contributed to by a lack of working capnography. There are lessons for us all to learn -capnography should be in use * for all intubations * whether in NHS or private sector -it should be checked & working BEFORE induction for intubation

Toilet related harm ! Ratio of ED staff:toilets is a marker of concern for staff wellbeing!! Lots of variation nationally! (Should trusts start putting this on job adverts?) Would love to hear ratios from departments across the country! @DrChrisMoulton #igppECC

UK-REBOA results: REBOA increased mortality at 90 days and at all interim time points. REBOA increased deaths due to bleeding at 3 hours and 90 days. REBOA substantially delayed time to definitive haemorrhage control. 💢🎈💢 #ccr23

@LeeAndersonMP_ Lee you are our Admiral Nelson. Our Mark Thatcher. Our Tintin. Love the toilet roll in the lounge of your lovely canal boat. It shows Northern grit but is practical too if you are caught short. I assume Lee you used to be a Boy Scout? Of course you were you lovable rascal!❤️🇬🇧

Proning for 40 hours rather than 18 improves mortality, is less staff-intensive, and is well tolerated Camporota #ISICEM23
