>24 hours now and still can’t find out what time I can expect my suitcase. Have had to completely change my plans @AerLingus.
Took an @AerLingus flight this morning - my bag was lost (along with the majority of passenger’s bags - only 10 of 26 bags made it and those were all for connecting flights….) Anyway, waiting since 11am to find out where it is….and now having to hold 32mins and counting just to.

Literally any sort of update would be great here @aerlingus. All your customer services leads brought me to a big and when I did get through to a person (after 40min on hold) they said they couldn’t find any information at all and directed me to a voicemail.
