The same BA who have a monopoly on the Caribbean too. I pray that you guys beat them with air peace. Plus they always give us the worst planes.
Aviation racism is very real.
I need every Nigerian, heck everyone to watch this FULL video to understand 🙏🏾
AIR PEACE MUST WIN!
As soon as Air Peace launched, British Airlines flights to Nigeria in December dropped from like £2.5k to £1.3k! They know what they’re doing!
The maddest ting about self-hate, is that it will really have you thinking you look better, when in fact you look ten times better before. White supremacy and Eurocentric beauty standards are a disease.
This is the psychological warfare black people are under, the constant gaslighting is violent. Britain is a institutionally racist and classist country and can never seem to get the stench of colonialism off of them.

Racist. You only coming for the Caribbean because the team is black and Caribbean and you think we are under you. About Caribbean chaos. I didn’t even know you guys existed in cricket. Jancrow
I’m confused, when did the UK adopt the one drop rule from the states. Because growing up, mixed-race people were proud to be mixed-race and all I heard was “I have the best of both worlds” so I’m confused 🤷🏽♀️
@proceeeding
I've been petrified since lockdown, because I've had a few people follow me, and the air is just different outside. I try to get in the house before it gets dark.
I grew up with grandparents who insisted on keeping their non-British passports because “they could kick us out at any moment, you never know…”we used to laugh saying “relax, that would never happen.” Yesterday, the UK made this fear rational, by passing a law that allows -->

Watch closely how he treats others, also watch closely how he treats you when he gets frustrated, does he apologise? Does he get better? Is he patient? Are his words ugly with other people? Is he selfless? Is he stingy (in all ways)?
Lightskin black people and mix race people are not the same thing, I'm always seeing people lump us together, we have completely different experiences.

Humanity where???? Where was her and her family humanity for others?
I bet you never said anything, when western newspapers celebrated certain people deaths??

I've been doing a lot of research on human trafficking lately. It's right on our doorstep, so many things are going on right under our nose. Scary times.
God wants to heal you! Heal you of heartbreak, traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, burdens, bitterness! Give your life to Christ and he will heal you! He wants to restore you.
‘But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds declares the Lord’
Jeremiah 30:17
This nearly made me cry, as this explains exactly how i felt when explaining my emotionally abusive ex to people. It's so frustrating because the Jekyll and Hyde display they put on is honestly oscar worthy. Thank God i healed.
So many abusive people really have the whole Jekyll and Hyde thing on lock, which makes life for their victims even harder. It can be difficult explaining to others that your abuser is a horrible person, because to everyone else they put on the fakest display of niceness.
When will people wake up and realise the impossible is possible.
Who would have thought not too long ago, that brexit, a pandemic and now a bill revoking British citizenship would happen.
Stop saying “that would never happen” because look where we are now.
@Oloni
Loving this conversation. For me I use to be self conscious about my boobs, then i realised men didn't care. I then would make myself get in front of a mirror butt naked and call out the things I loved about my body and literally fell in love with my body after that.
See this is what I’m saying, just because non-black people are marching at black lives matter doesn’t mean they’re not racist, I saw this coming from a mile away. It’s all for show.
You can’t make this up lmao.
@krystynahutch
tried to disassociate herself from what her cohost said, as if she wasn’t lapping it up in agreement. They didn’t apologise either. All that marching but the content is still available. She even tried to make herself the victim.

Ikr so sad. Tbh the plug should be pulled on the companies, producing and selling bleaching creams in Africa and Asia. I’m sure I saw Nivea was one of them??
Most of the Afro-carribean population in the UK, behave and act very English and have a very watered down Caribbean culture in their households.
That a lot of UK Afro-Caribbean ppl copy the English behaviour and attitude, just so that they can have close proximity to whiteness
I’m glad Raye broke it down. The public have no idea what we go through.
The music business was set up for the labels/corporate not the artists. It was purposely designed this way. Wicked set ah ppl.

Girl bye. You brought your tired example that didn’t lead anywhere.
Imagine thinking your mudda’s opinion of the Queen/monarch from a Hong Kong perspective compares to brown and black people from around the world, at the hands of the barbaric UK monarch.
@aChildOf2Worlds
This is so disgusting, if they interviewed mums and they couldn't answer those questions, everyone would be calling them terrible mothers and hurling all sort of abuse at them.
Good! He had to school her, because some of you are forcing Afrobeats vs Dancehall because you have underlying issues. Some of you are really anti-African.
Why do people keep saying they can’t believe this is Britain, when they’re like this all the time? “When someone shows you who they’re the first time, believe them”.
My Muslim friend was accosted by this 'charming' man at Charing Cross Station who she said told her 'to go back home', before calling her a 'rat' and a 'terrorist'.
She's a vulnerable hijab wearing woman and I'm very upset about this.
I can't believe this is England 2023 😔

Trust me I feel you on this one. I was thinking the other day how much I enjoy food and what it comes with. Breaking bread with your loved ones is one of the best feelings ever.
In Trinidad and Tobago, a 13-year-old girl was shot dead hours after she went to the police station to report being raped.
The teenager, Andrea Lallan, was killed in her bed.
I’m glad someone said it. Also a white woman interviewing black rappers in a fried chicken shop.
Looool we have failed ourselves. We will look back and say how did we allow that to happen.
the main reasons why i don’t rate that chicken shop white girl is bc it was built of the back of chicken shop connoisseur aka the pengest munch youtube series. it’s interesting to see who gets platformed and who does not.
There’s a lot of truth to this statement unfortunately. There is a demographic of West Indian people, who thrive off of being the “Queen of England Caribbean black”. They don’t want to be associated with their African roots, but will run and tell you their 1% “Indian heritage” 🤣
Yesterday marked my first step into making my single/EP, I can't wait for you all to hear what I've been cooking. May this journey be a

A lot of singers hide behind riffs and runs. Riffs and runs are beautiful when they’re used appropriately to decorate a song, but it’s all about tone and control.
In the 2018 Whitney Houston documentary, there was a whole segment talking about how she’d be having a big career moment or just something generally going well for her and Bobby would act up, get arrested, etc

That's not racism hun, go and look at the definition of racism. I find it funny when it comes to real life racism that happens everyday to black folks that I don't see all these people defending us.
Loool and I hope you tell people how black Trinidadian people get treated over there too.
And how there is a huge disparity between Afro-Caribbean and Indo-Caribbean.
Some of the responses I'm seeing is being based on the assumption that all West Indians are black.
Ethnic Breakdown of Trinidad and Tobago
40% black, 40.3% East Indian, 18% mixed, 0.6% white, and 1.2% Chinese and other.

What I will say is, I for one do not care to be called British, never felt it in my life, and I’m happy with it. But if someone who isn’t white tells you they’re from here, don’t go any further and shet your mout.
Five years today since my Dad left this earth, I miss you more and more each day Dad, but I know you're resting well with the heavenly father. Jesus thank you for soothing my soul when mourning and holding my hand. Dad till we meet again, love you eternally. 🙏🏾😭💚

Yep. I went to Morocco in 2014 during Ramadan unbeknownst to me, and you be woken up to the call of prayer. One of the most beautiful things ever, I often thought if Christians had the same thing woven into society, it would make a huge difference.

Story of my life, thank God I never grew insecure about my hair, in fact it was the opposite, I loved my hair as a child and now as an adult.
Many years ago I went to a training event and the trainers did a round robin with the question “tell us something interesting about your surname”.
My response was “It was a branding given to my family by the people who enslaved them in Guyana”. Stunned silence lol.
If I speak on this topic. I have no respect for wotless, breed up the whole place men. It’s honestly a stain in my culture.
Creating abandonment issues all over the blasted place.
Levi crying about his broken relationship with his daughters was hard to watch. He’s got 8 children with 7 women, not surprised some of his children have resentment & feel he wasn’t a good father. Instead of waiting for his kids to reach out he should be the bigger person
