Yesterday I finally had to say goodbye.
On his last day he told me it's better to spend a minute with someone you love than years with people you don't.

Mr Ratcliffe told me he has no faith in the gov's policy to bring his wife home.

During Lockdown 2 I decided to start running.
Mentally it was a revelation! I used to hate running but now use it as medicine for tough times.
I'd recommend it to anyone, & while it's not about how fast you run, I set myself a goal of doing 5k in under 20 mins. Today I did it.

This picture was taken after he crossed the line in London, he made it look so effortless!
I honestly believe he would have gone sub 2 in a marathon.
The world has lost one of it greatest young talents.

Training for a marathon was amazing for physical fitness but it was mentally that running saved me this year.
