It has been a pleasure and honour to work with you and your team Giuseppe!.
a great joy to share our contribution to polarized cortical #assembloids in a great collaboration with @Knoblich_lab @krenn_veronica teams kudos to the relentless effort of @castaldi_davide @CarloEmanueleV1 @BosoneCamilla and stay tuned for a thread

Honoured to be part of this collaborative team with Juergen Knoblich and @gtesta72!.
The collaboration with Krenn and Testa labs, particularly through the work of Davide Castaldi, shed more light on how this patterning is interpreted at a single-cell level and how this relates to in vivo fronto-temporal gene expression.

It has been a great pleasure to work with you and the whole @gtesta72 team on this model!!! Very excited to see how this model could be applied to study early cortical patterning and its role in disease.
Honoured to take part in this fantastic collaborative effort from @gtesta72, @Knoblich_lab, and @krenn_veronica labs, aiming to expand modelling opportunities for human brain through polarized cortical assembloids (polCAs). Check it out on @naturemethods .

Excited to share this work now published @naturemethods and to have contributed to develop this interesting model of cortical patterning. A fantastic collaborative work with another @Knoblich_Lab alumnus @BosoneCamilla , @castaldi_davide @CarloEmanueleV1 @humantechnopole.
New paper alert! The @Knoblich_Lab partnered with researchers at the @humantechnopole and @unimib to develop new brain organoids with distinct cortical areas and front-to-back patterning and study human-specific brain development and disorders. Read more:

Thank you @CarmenFalcone6 for organizing this! Big fun of glia, I already registered🤩 and look foward to many interesting exchanges!.
We have just officially launched the #ItalianGliaNetwork (IGN) 🤩. Are you doing research on #glia in Italy or are you an Italian glial biologist abroad? .Then you can register here for free: Spread the word 😉🙌.

Congratulations to all the authors and especially @ChongLi_cl! I only witnessed the very first experiments in the @Knoblich_lab, but truly impressed by what you have achieved!.
Does the human brain have an Achilles heel that ultimately leads to #Autism? With @TreutleinLab (@ETH_en) & @MedUni_Wien, @Knoblich_lab researchers led by @ChongLi_cl develop CHOOSE, a revolutionizing system to test multiple disease-related mutations in a single #brain #organoid.

Fantastic review describing how brain organoids are accelerating the understanding of neurological disorders. Congratulations and thanks to my former and very talented colleague @OEichmueller and the whole @Knoblich_lab for this piece!.
We are thrilled to share our recently published review on understanding neurological diseases in brain organoids! Kudos to @OEichmueller! We hope it will make brain organoid research more accessible and help scientists entering this exciting field.
