Delighted to see this out! A great story by @bcompans and @vimast86 with the help of @Lenherr_C. Nanoscale plasticity of axo-axonic synapses at the AIS. Enjoy!.
Happy to see my @MSCActions project with @jbneuro lab available on @biorxiv_neursci . We Increased network activity in vivo and used dSTORM to look at the nanoscale organization of inhibitory synapses formed onto the AIS and onto tufts dendrites of L2/3 S1 Cortex!

Very excited to see this out! Great collaboration with.@FrattaLab. Fabulous work by M Keuss and @PeteHarley95 et al. There’s something for everyone – from cryptic exons to synapse physiology and rescues by ASOs. Promising findings for future ALS strategies. @MRC_CNDD @KingsIoPPN.
We find TDP-43 loss to cause presynaptic defects, which are rescued by ASOs correcting a single cryptic exon in UNC13A. Surprising effect of just one cryptic exon and promising strategy for ALS!.Matt Keuss @PeteHarley95 in great collaboration with @jbneuro.
