Mum has finally been discharged from hospital after beating
#Covid_19
. Now in a rehab centre for six weeks. An 88 year old with heart failure beating this thing, despite getting pneumonia etc, is so encouraging. Fingers crossed for your loved ones if in a similar situation.

For the first time, I’ve asked for help with my anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts - other than with the GP. Just came off the phone with the NHS folk and have a 45min psych evaluation call next week.
This makes me a stronger, not weaker, person.

Sad, devastating, news - even though we kind of expected it. Khush’s scan shows a large and aggressive tumour in spleen, multiple small ones dotted around. Vet says 3 weeks to 3 months, but not in any pain. We’ll spoil him rotten until it is time… 😥😥😥😥😥

We’ve been to see the most gorgeous rescue puppy. She’s only five months old and *enormous* as you can see. Likely Ridgeback/Mastiff cross.
So excited. Seeing her again midweek and, fingers crossed, bringing her to her forever home next weekend.

Back from theatre. Can’t feel my legs, epidural and nerve block, which is great - first time I’ve been pain free for 10 weeks. Dreading it wearing off - they are putting me on a continuous motion machine shortly, which will be, erm, fun.

Looks like I made the right call in not renewing the lease on my rented office from the end of this month (last there end of March) - have just about finished the conversion of bedroom/art room into my now permanent
