It's good to have a new facility to show case to everyone. However, maintaining and upgrading older facilities is also necessary in order to continue the regular work.
MiliQ is down, ice machines run dry, PCRs are non-functional, no nanodrop in central facility and what not. I can't remember when the last time I've seen all the central facility working perfectly fine. @iiserkol
