The only cheap ideas are mediocre ones. Great ideas emerge from immersion and mastery, and so are anything but 1/3

I’m curious about what @cibc thought was going on when they lent a hundred mill at 21% for land that couldn’t be developed #cdnpoli

There is absolutely no excuse for why @VeraEtches and @OttawaHealth haven't stepped up and brought back masking requirements. Hospitals are bursting at the seams and kids are getting sick. We need authorities to actually do what's in their job descriptions to keep us safe.

Either you support unprecedented government overreach to quash fundamental Charter rights. Or You support a province wide general strike to resist unprecedented government overreach quashing fundamental Charter rights.

Early start for the legislature on Tuesday. It will start sitting at 5AM as the government looks to speed passage of a bill that will impose a four-year contract on education workers.

Oh yay, I get $200. My JK child will go thru 14+ yrs of a severely cut public ed system, but I have $200. My child’s classroom could have gotten $6000, but I have $200. There is a shortage of teachers bc of @Sflecce’s attacks, but I have $200. This gov is failing #onted

The man who supported a month-long occupation of our capital by extremists who wanted to overthrow the government can win the next election with just 35% of the votes. Refusing to reform our electoral system to reflect people’s actual votes will cost us dearly.

It's past time to realize that it was *intended* to bring the agency to the brink of collapse. The clear Republican plan is to demolish any aspect of our shared society that might act for the benefit of all, in favor of a supremacist one that enforces the benefit of a few.

Agents from Texas' child welfare agency told a federal court Gov. Greg Abbott's order to investigate trans kids has brought the agency to "the brink of collapse" after 2,000 agents resigned in the past year alone rather than "break up loving families."

Thank you for confirming that we can defund, disarm, and dismantle this violent force. People in crisis do need to be heard. What they don't need is the person doing the listening to have a gun, a taser, handcuffs, and the power to arrest, criminalize, or kill.

In policing we attend many calls for service that are not emergencies. Most calls we go are ones where someone just wants to be heard. We sit and listen. I have been told this many times. @OttawaPolice

We don't need to spend $900k on a consultant's study to tell us what every taxpayer already knows: we can't afford to make transit free. Let's work together to fix light rail and improve bus service. https://t.co/mPPfozdP6W

This is absolutely insane and absolutely NOTHING from @OttawaHealth on this. I'm sure their response instead of actually bringing back real health measures will be: "We know everyone is on edge right now but just be kind to everyone" We need action not useless rhetoric.

I was just asked to be on The National to discuss Roe and abortion...and then I found out it would be a panel with a "pro-life/anti-abortion" voice. I am livid and sent this reply. I couldn't care less if this means I will not be asked back to the CBC. It needed to be said.
