Start with Excel. “Statistics” is a bit broad, but certain aspects should be prioritized after Excel. Add in DataStudio as a data viz.
Today, it’s expected from a data analyst to also learn automation, putting emphasis on Excel and Python.
Great roadmap!

When you're building an MVP, don't get hung up on the design.
Focus on the value proposition.
When there's product-market fit, hire a designer.
People will still purchase with a great product and poor design. But more people will purchase when both are great.

⚠️ INFLUENCER MARKETING WARNING ⚠️

I reached out to an influencer to promote the site but his price was higher than expected, so I told him I wasn’t interested at the moment.
He threatened to freely promote a competitor.
And he did…
Today I learned a valuable lesson in SaaS.
I sent an email to paid subscribers with the subject line “Beta now available for paid subscribers”.
Seems like some people were reminded that they had a subscription…

Why would people search for Joe Rogan on Google if it’s only on Spotify? I never listened to him before, but I do now on Spotify. Definitely not a good indicator of viewership.
I recently added a "Chat with the founder" button to my site.
It's for all users, not just paying customers.
I did it to better understand user feedback and customer needs, but there's been some unintended benefits as well:
- Seeing how users navigate the UX when they share
