#ESCCongress Pericarditis treatment First-Line Therapy 🌞 NSAIDs (or aspirin) + colchicine remain the mainstay for treating acute and recurrent pericarditis. 🌞 Colchicine should be continued for 3 months after a first episode and 6–12 months for recurrent cases.
