So many vegan foods are fortified with B12 because it's such a cheap supplement. Without even trying I've hit 1,075% of my daily value. I didn't even take a supplement for b12. Yet anti vegan idiots pull out "B12 deficient brain" insults like they're actually applicable 🤦

This isn't just animal abuse, but I'd also consider this child abuse: trying to kill a child's empathy towards other animals, which some of us have until adults brainwashed us as kids. Imagine raising a cat or a dog and having to kill them yourself or bringing them to slaughter
This picture was taken by this child's mother. He participated in a school project via which he had to raise two baby lambs to be auctioned in a market and then sent to the slaughterhouse to be murdered. He put a lot of love and took great care of them.

Most vegans are vegan because they hate animal cruelty, especially since 99% of the meat in America and 90% globally come from factory farms. Been vegan 3 and 1/2 years and I got the rest of my life to go. Same with anyone else who's vegan for the animals.

This is just my own personal anecdote, but I've been eating my oatmeal almost every single day for the past 10 weeks now. And I can tell you it's part of what powers me through my workouts and I generally feel way healthier as a result of eating it.

I was wondering if maybe I should stop posting about the extreme animal abuse on my feed due to the collective mental health of all us vegans seeing this over & over. Got my answer. We have to keep going.
Sharing some personal feelings with you because I suspect many of us share these feelings and have days when we feel a bit down.
Animals can't defend themselves & need you and I to be their voice. Our focus should be doing the right thing, and finding fulfillment in doing such.

Meat is unsustainable & unnatural. 90% of soybeans in the US are grown for animal feed, not to mention all the feces from the farms ruining the environment. And the cross breeding of animals to become unnaturally fat, pumped with antibiotics and growth hormones in tiny cells.

Yesterday I broke my diet and ate like 3000 calories including dark chocolate covered peanut butter stuffed dates, and veggie topped pizza with Miyoko's liquid mozz (first time trying that vegan cheese). It was delicious... I do not regret this

Carbs power you through exercise. If you're trying to lose body fat, you don't need to cut carbs necessarily, You need to be on a caloric deficit . But do you want to maintain your muscle? Then you need carbs to power your workouts, Even on a caloric deficit.
I’ve been eating ~400g carbs daily for over a decade and maintaining a body fat level of 12-14%
Just a reminder that carbs don’t make you fat 🙂
