             There are 194 countries party to the Paris agreement. Only 60 have submitted decarbonization plans as required by the agreement. Those sixty only pledge 10 percent declines in emissions, one-sixth of what the more ambitious Paris targets would require.

             BTW. The Nature Restoration Fund in the Planning &Infrastructure Bill is NOT ring-fenced for nature. It allows provisions for any other dept to snatch it. Section 71(5) can force natural england to pass money to another authority which is not bound by ringfence. IE the Treasury

           Sorry to report another stag killed by the Devon and Somerset Staghounds today at Simonsbath as they gleefully take advantage of the magnificent stags already exhausted from the rut and vulnerable. Newly pregnant hinds and their 4 month old calves also caught up in the mass panic
