The ongoing Tunbridge Wells water outage is completely unacceptable and must be resolved quickly. This morning, Minister Hardy met with @sewateruk and local councils to discuss progress. A full investigation is underway, and those affected need to be fully compensated.

The situation in Tunbridge Wells is unacceptable. I have met with South East Water’s CEO to stress the serious concerns of myself and the Prime Minister. No one should be left without water, and the company must provide full support to customers, including proper compensation.
