Yes, I couldn’t even get out of @JohnCornyn’s office because it was swarming with lobbyists. Meanwhile, his staff didn’t even want to give us the name of his transportation guy. Seriously! How often does a grassroots group come up here to speak to them about what we need congress.

Hope this owner knows that in Texas law they’re liable if that Tesla causes a wreck or kills someone. Lawmakers gave the industry a free pass so owners not the tech are responsible for what their autonomous vehicles do.
