Angela Rayner is one of the great British political figures of our time. Generations will grow up with stronger rights at work and in new homes because of her vision and leadership. I know she will continue to stand at the front of the fight for social justice in this country.

Step back all you like, mate, but this is Tory scum Rayner we're talking about.
So this is actually all rather complicated and should cause us (even those of us who have called out the seeming hypocrisy and wrong-doing) to step back and consider again the facts. If she put her primary residence into trust, whether she should have paid stamp duty or not on.
