I worked at an old Holiday Inn as a bus boy in the 90’s. We’d turn the ballroom (which could seat 300) and the Hol-o-dome into a Sunday brunch. Easter was just a warm up for today. Our record Mother’s Day was just over 1200 people. It was always a clusterfuck!
