This tweet got a lot of interaction. I wanted to address a few key points to creating this model of a School-Wide Summer Training Program:. 1. Hire a Qualified S&C Coordinator to be in charge of programming. Preferably one for Boys AND Girls. Pay them a stipend. 2. Pay sport.

This and I believe that minds work better in individuals who sprint consistently. I encourage my son (9) to sprint. If he was a chess player, I would encourage him to sprint for CNS enhancement purposes.

"Speed is global." šŸŒ @pntrack . Even if sport doesn’t involve sprinting, raising CNS floor raises the athletic ceiling. Golfers. Swimmers. All gotten better through sprinting. One of @KulaPerformance's swim groups set 48 club records in a year after starting speed training🤫
