Some argue against Sprint-Based 🏈 because “speed isn’t everything”. 100% true. But, IMO, the best football players (great in high school and beyond) fit into 3 categories. 1. Big & Fast.2. Skilled & Fast.3. Big & Skilled. Big, Fast, & Skilled ➡️ ELITE.

If you have to say, “trust the process”, your kids DON’T TRUST THE PROCESS. Maybe you are planting beans trying to grow corn.
“Trusting a process” that’s explained with “this is how we we’ve always done it” is not worth trusting.

All training is experimental. If you subscribe to a program and “trust the process”, you are not growing as a coach. Learn to cook, don’t follow a recipe.
