Glad to present the second part of my thesis project done with @YuanHe_NWU! Using #CryoEM, we visualized how DNA-PKcs adopt different intermediate states during NHEJ #DNArepair and how a scaffolding factor, PAXX, stabilizes the complexes. Please check
