We warned the @NYCCouncil this would happen. They legislatively ended outdoor dining in NYC.
public policies must be judged on outcomes, not intent. when the outdoor dining policy rejects 99% of applicants, the problem isn’t the applications. the problem is the policy itself. NYC needs to start over from scratch and make outdoor dining easier.

Mayor Adams said he would make NYC the "best place to raise a family." . Then he proposed cutting $112 million from 3K and closing five popular early childhood centers, creating chaos for young families. He had no good answers.
