Great as always from @tomgoom it takes time, acceptance, perseverance to recover from most MSK problems. Using something like this with key hallmark signs to help you measure irritability can help you stay on track. It’s so easy to think this isnt working and give up. Cheers Tom.
Progressing rehab can be challenging if symptoms remain irritable. Here's an approach that's often effective and builds from what's manageable towards individual goals.

Such great work from.@MervTravers . Would be interesting to repeat this on the sedentary folk with AT. In our service evaluation we recorded the language used in reports when people had imaging. Quite inflammatory. No wonder why people are often fearful to move.
Really happy to finally have this experiment published…. Diagnostic information can have an immediate effect on pain…. this should inform our clinical interactions. Spoiler alert: not only were the participants blinded, but they didn’t know the experiment was happening!.
