Agree with both Ed and Dan. Core job of VC is to be an investor at the end of the day. But unlike HF and PE they have to care about founders. All the other observations and comments about problems in VC world on this thread are valid also. Itâs so hard to find the right people
@oanaolt To add one more to that, the way to get promoted they think is to build personal brand instead of focusing on founders.
