A fair and just compensation is none at all. They were warned of this change 30 years ago, yet pretend they weren’t so that they can get more money. They had the luxury of retiring at 60, whereas I will have the luxury of not retiring at all.
The right thing to do is to now to work with these women and determine a fair and just scheme of compensation. (2/2)
