Back when I was a baby CPS worker, 23 years old, I had two teenage “delinquent” girls on my caseload. Those girls were bad as hell, lol. They used to steal car radios, they cussed like sailors, and they were such smartasses.

I worked with them for less than a year, I moved on to a new city, but years after I worked with them, around Christmas-time, I received separate messages from each sister thanking me for caring about them during a time they felt no one else did. 🥹

I’m from a small town, and our children’s services agency was attached to our children’s home. Since the girls were in agency custody, I saw them all the time. I did doctor’s visits, I supervised visits, I took them shopping.

My oldest niece was a trick baby. Easiest baby in the world, and even at 10, she’s just a really pleasant, happy-go-lucky kid.
Her baby sister, who is almost 2, screeches like a pterodactyl at the slightest provocation, ignores any attempts at redirection, just total opposite.

This. I love to cook. I was doing 2-3 meals from scratch every day when I was home and not working during the pandemic, feeding 3 adults and a toddler. I didn’t have to clean the kitchen though. That’s the only way I’m pulling that off.

Based purely on what I’m seeing, it’s a latex box. There’s a person in it, there’s only a hole so that they can breathe through the small tube, then the large tube on the side is vacuum pump, so all the air was vacuumed out of the latex rendering them immobile. It’s extreme BDSM.

CPS was my introduction to the social services field, and yes, I had a BA in Psychology. I live in a state with title protection, so to be a social worker in my state, one would need a BSW or MSW and typically speaking, a license depending on the specialty.

Two things:
1) most people overwinter garlic. You plant in the fall and it comes up in the spring. You can spring plant, but it’s smaller when you finally harvest.
2) buy garlic specifically for growing. This won’t work with most storebought garlic because of sprout inhibitor
