We "inherited" a small female grey cat which had been turfed out by relatives of an old lady around the corner who had died. It was living rough for 2.5 years until my wife tried to shoo it off our drive one evening. It stayed with us until she died 12 yrs later.

It’s exactly 3 months to the day that I was discharged from hospital following spinal surgery. I have been taxiing behind a Zimmer frame, gradually taking bigger steps and expect to go ‘wheels up’ before next Xmas. Nobody said it would be easy learning to walk again.
