Very interesting. Perhaps the right strategy would be to stop all transport links with Hosur - Buses, taxis, 2 wheelers, cars etc. And build a fence on the border with Hosur. While we are at it might as well close down the airport too.

On Republic day we must recall that "Socialist & Secular" were added to Preamble during Emergency. India was neither theocratic nor Capitalist till then. It became Capitalist post 80s and theocratic in the eyes of Nations whose own polity was never Secular, de facto or de jure.
