So much empathy ( ???) by AIR INDIA for senior & baby travellers is new normal. 9 months and NO ONE is willing to listen to a Vetran Soldier. Sad, specially so because in the media we make much of soldiers. Ground reality is different. Request immediate action by AIR INDIA / GOI.
