You know it’s tough. I can’t describe all I went through as a nurse and the anger etc. 78 body bags so sick. I am done, It’s insanity. Please open your windows at night and in schools and hospitals use cross ventilation with fans. That has worked. Hopefully we get echolocation.

I’m the nurse that says, we treat addicts pain more aggressively inpatient especially for surgery. They are tolerant and require much more supervised for safety. This isn’t a rehab, it’s a hospital. Consult and recommend after a conversation on discharge when pain controlled.

She just literally graduated high school and is now traveling the world playing tennis. She won the US open from the qualies. It was awesome. She wasn’t in the circuit yet. This was like 2nd appearance still living at home. Calm down it’s fine she is holding her own.

There are lots of nurses, 30-40% quit within 5 years, 90% of hospital staff total is churned over 10 years. Nursing instructor pay is abysmal. New nurses coming into this storm are dropping out a few months in. No WAY will this gen be able to handle it.

Yea that’s what happens when you send your loved one to a facility with 30 patients to one LPN, with med pass, 8 hr shift and if you are lucky an aid. Not so ever anymore. That’s roughly 8 min per patient. Even with the law for 3.5 hrs of direct care in MI the ratio is the same.
